Kendall is a C-level executive presentation coach who advises some of the nation’s most prominent leaders and brands. She is founder of Total Coaching Systems, a corporate performance and executive coaching firm based in Denver.

She has helped Fortune 1000 executives at Siemens, Comcast, Wells Fargo, and hundreds of mid-size companies, including Colorado favorites FirstBank, PCL Construction and Arrow Electronics.

Clients who work with Kendall are able to pursue and deliver major speaking engagements, drive more impactful top-line results and enhance their organization’s brand awareness. She has prepared leaders for presentations at the World Economic Forum, CES, and Wall Street Investor Day. She provides media preparedness training and has advised clients who appear on national television networks, including CNBC.

Kendall also teaches leaders how to converse easily about complicated topics and confront challenges to help organizations move forward together.

She has authored numerous articles on leadership and is a frequent conference speaker. The Colorado Bankers Association endorses her as their vendor for leadership development, and she is the creator and facilitator of the results-oriented Bank Leaders of Tomorrow program.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and a masters degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Denver. She’s also a Coaches Training Institute certified professional coach. She and her family reside in Colorado where they enjoy skiing, biking, paddling and adventures in their Airstream.
