Johns Manville is a Berkshire Hathaway company that manufactures residential and commercial insulation, commercial roofing, mechanical insulation and materials for other manufacturers’ products and applications. It came to Westmeath to develop a contemporary communications plan that leveraged Johns Manville’s key attributes among customers and employees.


Johns Manville wanted to balance the organization’s 150+ year heritage, with the CEO’s modern priorities.


Westmeath refined the company’s message platform and identified the sweet spot, both internally and externally, to drive a compelling and unified message to customers, employees and communities. This led to the development of a streamlined, contemporary communications plan and the creation of a number of signature programs for the CEO.
